What TruthPulse Does

TruthPulse is a prediction market search app that lets you instantly search across open Kalshi prediction markets. It is available on macOS, iOS, Windows, Android, and as a Raycast extension.

No Personal Data Collection

TruthPulse does not collect any personal information. Specifically:

• No user accounts or authentication
• No personal data collected, stored, or transmitted
• No analytics, tracking, or telemetry
• No cookies
• No advertising

No Backend Server

TruthPulse has no backend server. The app communicates directly with Kalshi's publicly available REST API to fetch market data. No intermediary server processes or stores your requests.

Internet Access

The app uses internet access solely to fetch publicly available prediction market data from the Kalshi REST API (api.elections.kalshi.com). No other network requests are made.

Local Data Storage

Market data is cached locally on your device to enable fast search. This cache is stored only on your device and is never transmitted elsewhere.

• macOS / iOS: Market data is indexed into Core Spotlight to enable system-wide search. This index is stored on-device only and managed by the operating system.
• Android: Market data is indexed into AppSearch to enable system-wide search. This index is stored on-device only and managed by the operating system.
• Windows / Raycast: Market data is cached in local application storage only.

When you tap or click on a market result, the app may open a link to kalshi.com in your default browser. Your interaction with Kalshi's website is governed by Kalshi's privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

TruthPulse does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Since TruthPulse collects no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
